Terms and Conditions

§1 General Provisions

  1. These terms and conditions define the rules for using the ordering portal operated at kuna.vet.
  2. The portal’s offer is directed exclusively to business entities (B2B), specifically to: veterinary practices, clinics, and hospitals; veterinary wholesalers and industry distributors; pet stores; and animal foundations and shelters.
  3. Use of the portal’s services signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

§2 Contact Information

The owner of the portal (hereinafter referred to in these Terms and Conditions, as well as in the Privacy Policy and Return Policy: Kuna, the Seller, the B2B Portal, or the Manufacturer) is: Kuna Jakub Nowiński.

§3 Registration and Client Tiers

Registration on the ordering portal requires providing company details and an active NIP (Tax Identification Number).

  1. After verification, each new client is assigned to one of the categories listed in §1, point 2, and is given a tier, the level of which depends on the history of cooperation, with particular emphasis on turnover.
  2. The client’s tier may change after a periodic review of cooperation.

§4 Orders and Payments

  1. Orders can only be placed after logging into a verified business account. Prices will not be visible to unregistered users; instead, a link to request a quote may appear.
  2. Placing an order does not automatically constitute a contract. A sales contract is concluded only after the Seller confirms the order.
  3. For the first order, the following applies:
    a) prepayment based on a proforma invoice, or
    b) cash on delivery shipment.
  4. Subsequent orders may be processed with deferred payment terms – provided the Buyer has consistently met previously agreed payment deadlines.
  5. A Buyer who is overdue with payments to the Seller may face refusal to fulfill the order or a delay until the Buyer settles the outstanding amount.
  6. Information presented on the B2B Portal website, including product prices, does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 §1 of the Civil Code, but merely an invitation to make offers.
  7. The B2B Portal reserves the right to suspend fulfillment and refuse to accept an order in the event of obvious errors, technical errors, or system errors, particularly pricing errors (e.g., incorrect comma usage, incomplete data, incorrect discount calculation, or setting a price significantly deviating from market value). In such situations, the Seller may manually verify the order and will immediately inform the Client of the irregularity, presenting the correct price.”

§5 Delivery Conditions

  1. Orders are fulfilled within 1 to 3 business days from payment receipt (prepayment) or order confirmation (cash on delivery and orders with deferred payment terms).
  2. If the Seller does not have the ordered product in stock or has a quantity less than ordered, the Buyer will be informed via e-mail or phone to determine the details of further order fulfillment.
  3. The Seller reserves the right to set a logistical minimum – goods will only be shipped if the value or quantity of the order meets the minimum threshold, established individually or visible in the system. Delivery costs and conditions are determined when placing the order based on its size and delivery address.
  4. The risk of damage or loss of goods passes to the Buyer at the moment the shipment is handed over to the carrier.
  5. Personal collection of the order is possible by prior arrangement.

§6 Complaints and Returns

Details regarding complaints and return conditions can be found in the Return Policy available on the Portal’s website.

§7 Personal Data Protection
