This Return Policy governs the procedures for handling goods purchased by entities conducting business activities. The parties confirm that they operate within professional trade. Consumer protection regulations do not apply.
The Manufacturer permits product returns only in the following cases:
a) identification of a physical defect as defined by the Civil Code,
b) delivery inconsistency with the order,
c) damage incurred during transport, provided a damage report has been prepared.
1. Notification of a return or complaint request shall be submitted via the B2B Portal or by email within 14 business days from the date of product receipt.
2. The Manufacturer may require photographic documentation, product identification information, and specification of circumstances justifying the return.
3. Returns made without prior written (including electronic) approval from the Manufacturer will not be accepted.
1. Following verification of the notification, the Manufacturer may, at its sole discretion:
a) replace the product with one free from defects,
b) perform a repair,
c) issue a credit note / corrective invoice.
The choice of claim resolution method belongs to the Manufacturer, unless mandatory legal provisions stipulate otherwise.
2. The Manufacturer shall process return or complaint notifications within 14 business days of receipt, subject to possible extension if additional verification procedures are necessary. The Manufacturer will inform the Purchaser of any extension and its anticipated duration.
The Manufacturer shall not be liable, and no return shall be permitted in cases of:
a) damage occurring after product delivery,
b) interference, modification, or use of the product inconsistent with its intended purpose,
c) products manufactured to individual order or subject to personalization, unless repair can be performed without interfering with personalized elements or compromising their functionality.
Detailed return transport conditions, including costs and collection method, shall be determined individually following notification approval. The Manufacturer does not accept cash-on-delivery shipments.
The provisions of this Return Policy are supplementary in nature and shall apply to the extent not otherwise regulated in commercial agreements, distribution agreements, or other arrangements concluded between the Manufacturer and the Purchaser. In case of discrepancies, the provisions of such agreements shall take precedence.
